All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed after an order is placed, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly afterward. Because products are custom made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
